Request for quotes for the provision of Disability Connect day opportunities service for people with disabilities The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council are seeking to procure a Disability Connect day opportunities service for people with physical disabilities. The provider will be required to provide a day opportunities outreach service to support people with physical disabilities to access and be part of their local community and the wider London area. The service will target people aged 25-55 with physical and sensory disabilities and those with long term conditions. The service will be an alternative to building based day services, providing a navigator type function to promote independence, social inclusion and active citizenship. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is leading the procurement and requests quotes from suitably experienced organisations interested in tendering for the provision of the services described above. The contract will be set up as a single party framework agreement with the successful tenderer.
