Contract between Members of the COOPANS Alliance

Tender description

This Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT) is published by Irish Aviation Authority on behalf of itself and the following contracting entities/authorities: 1) Austro Control Österreichische Gesellschaft für Zivilluftfahrt mit beschränkter Haftung (ACG), Schnirchgasse 17, 1030 Wien, Austria (AT); 2) Croatia Control Ltd (CCL), Rudolfa Fizira 2, Velika Gorica, Croatia (HR); and 3) Naviair, Naviair Allé 1 2770 Kastrup, Denmark (DK). IAA is publishing this VEAT Notice on behalf of the aforementioned contracting entities/authorities for the purpose of entering into a contract between ACG, CCL, IAA and Naviair, and LFV based on the technical exclusivity they gain in the output / product / processes they obtain from input / contributions provided by external resources that will further enable the preparation of the COOPANS Common SWIM Solution to the benefit of all the parties.
