Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is a community focused organisation that provides physical and mental health and social care with the aim of improving the health and wellbeing of all our patients and their families. We provide a wide range of mental health and community services for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. These services are provided in a range of settings/locations including inpatient hospitals and out-patient units, spread across 47 sites, containing over 100 buildings. To ensure that the physical estate and patient environments remain caring, safe and excellent, the Trust maintains an extensive buildings improvement programme as part of the annual Capital Investment Plan. The current plan for FY14 is £30m. As part of the Estates Directorate, the Capital Development Team is responsible for delivering the annual plan and to assist with the delivery of relevant projects. Although there are various public sector framework agreements available for the provision of construction professional services, there are times when the Trust would prefer to use alternative organisations. With this in mind, experienced organisations, capable of providing construction professional services (architect, building services engineer, building surveyor, structural engineer and other professional services as required) are invited to apply for inclusion on the ‘Estates Construction Professional Services Providers Approved List’. Interested and suitably qualified organisations will be requested to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) prior to interview for inclusion on the approved list. Please note that the services to be provided will not include QS, CDMC, clerk of works, project management or cost management, as there will be a separate list of organisations that can provide those services. No single organisation will be allowed to be on both lists.
