Tender description

The BAI invites Tenders for the provision of consultancy and research services to work with a Steering Group comprising BAI and representatives of Dublin Community Television (DCTV) and Cork Community Television (CCTV) to: (a) Devise an evaluation methodology that will provide concrete qualitative and quantitative measures of how individual community TV stations are performing in the context of the Section 72(6) of the 2009 Act with reference to the social benefit framework; (b) Implement this evaluation methodology in the context of both services; and (c) Present a separate report on the performance of each service and an overall report /lessons emerging from this project in the context of the future implementation of the Section 72(6) requirements.
