Tender description

AFBI requires an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) capable of managing the existing ISO17025 and ISO9001 quality processes. It should provide a single point of reference for automated management of: document control, change control, training, audits, corrective/preventive action (CAPA), and analysis of findings, supplier/asset performance and customer feedback. The contract initially is to provide sufficient access for approximately 220 staff working within the quality system, with 20 personnel requiring high level access to all areas and 200 occasional users. The number of concurrent users should not exceed 50 with 10 of those requiring high level access. Closing Date 12 February 2015
