#3923 - Rail Advertising Concession (2)

Tender description

Network Rail is seeking to establish an exclusive Concession Agreement (Agreement) with a suitable media owner or similar organisation (Concessionaire) to manage, promote and exploit its rail advertising space for a period of five (5) years, with no extensions available. The Agreement will begin on 1st November 2018. Network Rail’s strategic vision for this concession Agreement is: • Enhanced asset management; • Improved customer experience; • Technology and innovation; • Account management; • Build a partnership with Concessionaire. The tender will consider the following options: Option 1 - Network Rail Investment to a maximum of £20,000,000 Option 2 - Concessionaire Investment to a maximum of £20,000,000 Only one of the above options will be awarded. Suppliers cannot submit a bid for only Option 1 or Option 2 individually; bids must be submitted for both options.
