For Transparency Purposes. The Contract for the Provision of the Train Together Contract. The Civilian HR Skills and Capability Team of the Ministry of Defence contracted Train Together to deliver the Facilities Services Operative Level 2, Facilities Management Supervisor Level 3 and Facilities Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship Standards. The provider is required to deliver the apprenticeship on an ad hoc basis whenever demanded. Demand signals can be for 1 or multiple staff members at any given time. Staff are spread out geographically throughout England.
