<p>The Council holds and manages an Investment portfolio which it is under a budgetary pressure and statutory obligation to maximise its returns. Across the portfolio there are a number of lease events (rent reviews / lease renewals) which the Council considers to have potential to achieve rental growth in the region of £85,000 per annum at review.
