- Refurbishment of Student Accommodation Facility at Victoria Mills 2023, Cork

The proposed scope of work at Victoria Mills will comprise work to 24 apartments in Blocks A & C including 119 bedrooms, 119 en-suite bathrooms and 24 kitchens / living spaces as well as common circulation space. The proposed works comprise the following: - Refurbishment and upgrade of existing Kitchen & Living spaces, 24 No. - Refurbishment and upgrade of existing Bedrooms, 119 No. - Refurbishment and upgrade of Internal Circulation areas within apartments 24 No. - En-suites – replacement of floor tiling to include skirting and substrate as required following inspection 119 No. - New white goods to Kitchens. - Decoration to Kitchens / Living Space, Bedrooms Hallway Walls & Ceilings, Bathroom/ En-suite ceilings - Adjustments to doors to facilitate new floor finish including new door saddles. - Install energy efficient light fittings as per M&E report - Replace storage heaters in apartments with energy efficient heaters. - Other Ancillary mechanical & electrical works - New fitted furniture to Bedrooms - Refurbishment of Common Areas and Stairwells including decoration - Roof Repairs It is noted that other works may be deemed necessary following on from detailed inspections by Architects and M&E Consultants
