Tender description

The Commissioner wishes to appoint a supplier to deliver IT Support Services in accordance with the Background set out in section 3 and Requirements as set out in section 4 of the attached specification. Broadly, the contribution and responsibility of the supplier under this contract is to: -Support the IT Officer at their request .e.g. where the IT Officer has not been able to resolve level 0, 1, 2 issues; -Provide IT support for issues at level 3 and 4; -Assist the organisation by maintaining all IT services of the organisation by deputising during the absence of the IT Officer (e.g. holiday and sickness periods) -Maintain the general IT environment ensuring its security and currency; -Offer consultancy, advice and guidance on developments and updates and to lead and support on change requests and projects where required.
