Crownhill Fire Station - Retaining Wall

Tender description

The Authority has identified a requirement for building a new piled retaining support wall adjacent to the existing retaining wall, which has been weakened at Crownhill Fire Station in Plymouth, Devon. Planning Permission for these works have already been gained. The proposed works include but are not limited to the following items of work:- 1. Closing off safe working area including the access road leading to the rear of Crownhill Fire Station 2. Removing any obstructions 3. Carry out necessary ground investigations and safety checks 4. Excavating and drilling for new foundations and piles 5. Form new steel reinforced concrete piling system and retaining wall 6. Removing existing parapet to existing retaining wall and extending width of access road 7. Backfilling and making good as necessary 8. Remove fencing and leave site clean and tidy Interested bidders should access the tender documents via the Authority's e-tendering portal and complete and submit a bid by the closing date and time.
