BP1008 - Final Design and Build of a New Cycle Proficiency Training Track and a Separate Cycle Path

<p>Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide a final design and build a new cycle proficiency training track and a separate cycle path at Ilkeston Recreation Ground, Ilkeston Road, Stapleford, Nottingham NG9 8JL and bids are invited from suitable contractors. The requirement is the final detailed design and build of: Project A - a mini road network cycle proficiency training facility (the anticipated land available for this is 2650m2). Project A - an LTN1/20 compliant cycle track around the recreation ground capable of integrating with a wider off and on road LTN 120 compliant network; The approximate length of this track is 610m. The scope is further detailed in Part 3 and supporting ITT documents.
