TD1740 - Supply of Asphalt Framework

Tender description

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Rolled Asphalt, Asphalt Concrete (Coated Macadam) and Coated Chippings for collection and delivery. The framework is split into three lots. Lot 1 Ex Works (Collected from Suppliers Depot) Lot 2 Supply of Hotbox and Material at Highway Maintenance Depot, 15 Stores Road, Derby DE21 4BD Lot 3 Material delivered to other locations within the Derbyshire area. The initial Framework Agreement period is 2 years; the Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 24th February 2023 and expire 23rd February 2025. There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for 2 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum Framework Agreement period is 4 years There is a maximum budget of £1,200,000 per year of the Framework Agreement.
