Strategic Partnership Contractor Framework

Tender description

Following Thirteen Housing Group (THG) being named as a Strategic Partner of Homes England and being allocated £191.3m to facilitate the delivery of 3,270 affordable homes by 2028, THG are seeking to establish a four-year Strategic Partnership Contractor Framework, which seeks to procure the very best expertise available with the marketplace and appoint Contractors who will work in partnership with THG to deliver on this strategically important programme over the next 4 years (2023-2027). We wish to develop depth and breadth in capability within our supply chain and to support that objective we will be letting the framework based on following regional lots: • Lot 1 (North-East of England) • Lot 2 (Yorkshire and the Humber) Prior to the release of the Invitation to Tender (ITT), THG are hosting two Market Engagement sessions at the following locations: • Thursday 24th November 2022 at 10am - 12 noon at the Riverside Stadium, Middlesborough, TS3 6RS • Wednesday 30th November 2022 at 11am - 1pm at the John Smith's Stadium, Huddersfield, HD1 6PX The Market Engagement sessions will give potential bidders the opportunity to meet with key members of Thirteen Development team, who will be responsible for the Framework and hear about the potential pipeline of works. The sessions will also outline how the Framework will be structured both in terms of the procurement process and in its operation.
