Tender description

The recommended work requires that the flooring throughout the building is taken up, and rods are drilled into the floor in order to carry out a scheme of hot air injection which displaces the water in the subfloor. \r These works cannot be completed while the area is still in use, therefore, we require to move the current classes and students into suitable temporary accommodation for the duration of the works until practicable completion and hand over can be achieved safely.
