Tender description
This will be a one year contract with Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust (WCHCT). The service will provide a programme of activities/support around weight management for overweight/obese children and young people through a family based approach, including those identified through the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP). The service is funding through the Public Health grant.
