BlueLight Commercial Ltd are procuring a Framework on behalf of UK bluelight services for the provision of Headwear and Accoutrements. The intention is to award a four year Framework Agreement. BlueLight Commercial will act as the Contracting Authority on behalf of Police Forces in England & Wales, affiliated Fire and Rescue Services and associated partners. Lot 1: Framework for the Provision of Headwear and Accoutrements Traditional Caps A lightweight uniform cap that includes a chin strap and fittings for rank badges, insignia, and braiding. This framework is open to Police Forces and Special Police Forces in the United Kingdom, Police and Crime Commissioners and the Police Authorities, Serious Organised Crime, Police Public Order and Criminal Justice. Lot 2: Framework for the Provision of Headwear and Accoutrements Custodian Helmets Custodian style or equivalent beat duty helmet with a reinforced shell including chin strap and fittings for badges with the option for rose or comb top. Lot 3: Framework for the Provision of Headwear and Accoutrements Bowlers A lightweight low profile bowler style hat with a reinforced shell including chin strap and fittings for rank, band, and badge. Lot 4: Framework for the Provision of Headwear and Accoutrements Baseball Caps A general-purpose baseball cap in varying designs and styles. Will need to be adaptable by design in order to create bespoke force requirements. Additional information: Submissions must be made via the EU Supply Portal. This framework is open to Police Forces and Special Police Forces in the United Kingdom, Police and Crime Commissioners and the Police Authorities, Serious Organised Crime, Police Public Order and Criminal Justice. Options are required in either full leather, split leather, or textile. All items require a vegan option and must be available as an alternative.
