The Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) is the largest conference and exhibition centre on the south coast. Business needs require that the centre meets the expectations of current and future clients with regard to the provision of services. As part of the short-term development project for the BIC a need was identified to upgrade the digital infrastructure for the venue. BH Live in partnership with Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council require the supply of upgraded internal digital screens and software, including a content management system, and the removal and replacement of the external outdoor information screen and its infrastructure. The Council has split the requirements into separate Lots. The breakdown of the requirements by Lots is shown below: • Lot 1 - Internal Digital Screens and Software • Lot 2 - External Large Digital Screen Bidders may tender for one or both Lots.
