We need a provider to help us develop and deliver a range of digital content that: Raises awareness of a wide range of projects and campaigns the county council is leading and delivering. Helps to warn and inform communities across the Gloucestershire in relation to incidents and events that the county needs to prepare for e.g. flooding, health protection and cost of living Plans and delivers a package of training for communications team members to ensure the impact of our investment is long lasting. In terms of training on filming and photography, we want the following covered: • Directing • Interviewing • Transitions • How to achieve the best possible audio quality in different environments • How to get the most out of the equipment we have - cameras and smartphones • How to create background shots for videos • Factors to consider when picking location for filming/photography • Gimbal filming Photography How to take a good photo / lighting / focus When to use a proper camera vs. when to use a phone camera Essential equipment we should take each time we film What we want covered in terms of editing: Different programmes/options for editing footage Closed captions Optimised render settings When to add in background shots How to maximise content through effective editing to create the most engage content possible Please provide details of How you would deliver the various elements of training highlighted above and list anything you feel may be beneficial but is not listed Please provide a day or session rate for training.
