Tender description

Túath Housing (“the Employer”) wishes to enter into a long-term maintenance contract agreement and seeks competitive tenders from contractors (“The Contractor”) with a view to awarding a contract on the following basis: A 3-year Comprehensive contract with the option to extend for 12months after the initial 3-year term, whereby the Contractor undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewal which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency 24-hr service where indicated on the schedule, in respect of the lifts as detailed in Section Equipment & Pricing Schedules. The Employer therefore invites Contractors to enter sealed tenders in the manner specified and subject to the attached Conditions of Tender.
