Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) are compiling a restricted list of competent tutors to deliver training courses and qualifications through the Labour Market Partnership (LMP) flexible learning pathways model. The LMP will be working closely with local communities to identify training and qualifications required by individuals to enable them to re/enter into the Labour Market or to move onto further education. DCSDC are compiling a restricted list of competent tutors. Through a flexible learning pathway model, tutors will be called upon to deliver training and qualifications identified by the local community. It is anticipated that delivery of training and qualifications will: Range in level (non-entry level, level 1, level 2, level 3 etc.) and Run on a rolling basis throughout the duration of the contract. Tutors will be expected to deliver to best cater for individual needs within one-to-one or group setting; and to permit flexibility so that barriers to employment/education can be minimised.
