To help young people overcome barriers and develop the personal and employment skills that will support them in moving into, or sustaining, education, employment or training outcomes. This will offer a different and bespoke option for young people Post 16. It will be a stepping stone programme that will provide an alternative range of ongoing transition routes into education, employment or training as and when the young person is ready. The programme will build on the ethos of collaborative partnership delivery that enables bespoke solutions to each young person, building on their strengths and putting them firmly at the centre of their future. The provision provided will be at different education levels to reflect the varied profiles of our NEET young people. Online Mental Fitness Membership (90 Day group programme) will take a young person on a journey of learning and implementation with video and live online by weekly group workshops. The last session we forward pace and congratulate each young person! Plus, they’ll each be gifted 365-day access to virtual course content to embed learnings and reference back. 1-2-1 Mental Fitness Coaching 10 young people to experience weekly term time 1-2-1 in person coaching within their home or at a venue that’s designed for their benefit and progression. Bespoke approach created for each individual young person with guidance and coaching provided to care givers also. Inspiration and Neuro Linguistic Coaching combined will provide mental fitness tools which will enable the young people to thrive.
