Quality Evaluation Framework: A quality evaluation tool that captures data and provides users with insights into what audiences, participants, peers, artists and creative practitioners think about the work they produce. Lot 1: A contract to provide an online data collection and analysis platform and associated support services that will enable the Cohort to capture data from their audiences, participants, peers and self to provide insights into what they think about their activity. The tool should use self, peer and public assessment to capture the quality of the arts and cultural work. A detailed set out requirements was set out in the ITT issued to the market as part of the procurement.
