Provision of high-quality PPE, Consumables and Janitorial Supplies. Lot 1: • High quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), PPE ranging from specialist hazardous workwear, gloves, footwear, eye protection in line with rail and relevant industry standards • Consumables ranging from paper, tools, and site equipment in line with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations- 1988. Electrical goods must meet the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016: Great Britain. • Janitorial products including cleaning equipment, waste disposal and chemicals in line with COSHH requirements. • An online ordering system with standard SAP Web Services Punchout functionality accessible via a secure link using agreed interface user ID and password credentials • Management Information that allows monitoring of total value spend per month, last 12 months, number of orders by TOC, core / non-core products, PO date etc. • Account Management incorporating regular review meetings, timely responses to any issues raised, be proactive and provide innovative solutions and market insights, opportunities for cost avoidance and savings. Monitoring and reporting SLA's and KPI's. • Innovation and continuous improvement to ensure that the provision meets changing market conditions.
