Tender description
You are invited to submit tenders for the provision of Quantity Surveying services in connection with a new zero carbon in use primary school. The scope of the projects is fully described in the ITT but includes: - Cost estimating and cost planning - Pre tender estimate - Cost input to value engineering - Preparation of Contract Documents - Assistance with tender evaluation - Agreeing contractor payments and final account All in relation to the school and all associated external spaces and pedestrian and vehicle accesses.
