Tender description
This pilot service, facilitated by Just Checking Ltd, will provide a temporary ‘plug & go’ activity monitoring system, consisting of activity, movement and door sensors, connected to a central hub. Data gathered from these sensors is used to generate charts of activity showing individuals’ day-to-day capabilities. The Service will help practitioners complete objective, evidence-based care needs assessments of adults with dementia, learning disabilities, autism and other complex conditions.
