Domestic Abuse Services “Whole Council, Whole family” approach • Lot 1: Accommodation based services for Women at risk or fleeing Domestic Abuse – North and South Liverpool • Lot 2: Accommodation based services for Women at risk or fleeing Domestic Abuse – Minority Ethnic Groups • Lot 3: Accommodation based services for Young Parents. Lot 1: Lot 1: Accommodation based services for Women at risk or fleeing Domestic Abuse – North and South Liverpool Open procedure to procure high quality, modern, supported accommodation and housing management service to women (and their dependent children) at risk or fleeing domestic abuse in a refuge environment. The aim is to maximise the immediate and long-term safety of adults and children (including unborn), reducing the harm associated with domestic abuse and facilitating recovery. Service Users will be empowered to move safely on from this service to greater independence.
