Design & Craft Academy: Capability Development Training and Mentoring Programmes

Tender description

DCCI is seeking tenders for the project management of the work packages of the Design & Craft Academy, including, but not exclusive to, programme(s) design, launch, recruitment, management, training, mentoring, and evaluation report according to programme KPIs. Programme Objectives include: • Design & Craft Academy Programmes calendar (includes Start-Up, Growth, eCommerce and innovation work packages) • Launch event at Showcase Ireland 2023 (in partnership with event team) • Programme recruitment, application and selection process and evaluation process • Reach min target number of participants: o Start-Up: 60 participants o Growth: 25 – 30 Participants o E-Commerce: 50 participants • Management of third party innovation programme supplier • Monitoring and reporting of innovation programme • Design & Craft Academy Evaluation report, including recommendations for further developments • Support the DCCI Craft and Education Department and Communications Department with the promotion of the Design & Craft Academy • Identification of participants to graduate to Enterprise Ireland eco-system of supports While support will be provided by DCCI, the successful tenderer will be the lead project manager for Design & Craft Academy, and should have qualified experience in project management on similar projects.
