Tender description
To provide a cultural review services to the Authority Lot 1: The Supplier will provide Services as follows to provide the Authority with a Cultural Review Service, to include but not limited to:<br/>(a) Provide an objective and robust assessment of working relationships, leadership styles and team dynamics within a specific service/team and or business area<br/>(b) Independently review and evaluate the intelligence gathered in order to decipher concerns, issues and important themes<br/>(c) Engage staff within the service to share ideas for improving and restoring a positive workplace culture<br/>(d) Work in partnership with internal team members to maintain the integrity of the Cultural Review Lot 1: The Supplier will provide Services as follows to provide the Authority with a Cultural Review Service, to include but not limited to:<br/>(a) Provide an objective and robust assessment of working relationships, leadership styles and team dynamics within a specific service/team and or business area<br/>(b) Independently review and evaluate the intelligence gathered in order to decipher concerns, issues and important themes<br/>(c) Engage staff within the service to share ideas for improving and restoring a positive workplace culture<br/>(d) Work in partnership with internal team members to maintain the integrity of the Cultural Review
