Call-off via the Crown Commercial Services Management Consultancy Framework 3 (RM6187) framework, awarded following a mini-competition. Description of the opportunity: The current Accelerate programme ends December 2022 and, ahead of its expiry, Life Sciences Hub Wales is currently exploring options for the creation of a vision and potential operational model for continued cooperation between the programme partners to support disruptive early-stage innovation within the health and social care sector. Life Sciences Hub Wales had intended to develop the required operational model for continued programme cooperation in-house and with support from the current programme partners, but it has since become evident that additional resource, capacity and expertise is required to undertake the activity to the required standard and within the required timeframe. The successful Supplier will be required to work with Life Sciences Hub Wales and the current programme partners to consider the key themes and criteria for the continued collaboration in detail.
