PLEASE NOTE that due to a technical issue the deadline for Expressions of Interest has been extended until noon Wednesday 22nd June 2022. This notice is an opening up and extension of the previous Expression of Interest. If you have already submitted an Expression of Interest, you do not need to resubmit an Expression of Interest again. Submissions received after this date will not be accepted. As previously messaged, it is an essential requirement to upload the Expression of Interest document via the Portal when signed into your account. If you have problems in locating or uploading the document, we suggest, as this time-sensitive, giving the Proactis Supplier Support Service Desk a call (rather than emailing them) on the UK Lo-Call number +44 (0)330 005 0352 for support, (lines open from 09:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays). lease note that as per PPN11/20 this contract is reserved for SMEs and/or VCSEs The Equality Reference Group is a 'team' of 'critical friends' for Devon County Council, drawn from the voluntary and community sector to represent the protected characteristics in the equality act 2010. The protected characteristics represented at ERG are: • Lot 1: Age - younger people • Lot 2: Age - older people • Lot 3: Disability and carers • Lot 4: Race and ethnicity • Lot 5: Religion and belief • Lot 6: Sex • Lot 7: Sexual orientation and gender identity This opportunity is for bidders to apply for the Protected Characteristics they wish to represent. The procurement process is broken into two stages: 1) Expression of Interest - suppliers may submit an Expression of Interest for more than one Lot. The deadline to submit the Expression of Interest is 12:00 noon 17th June 2022 (Superseded - see comments above) 2) Request for Formal Quotation - only those suppliers who submit an Expression of Interest will be invited to submit a Bid.
