Ards and North Down Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitable supplier for the design, supply and installation of street furniture in Conway Square, Newtownards. The additional street furniture proposes to: - Encourage and support return footfall by providing residents and visitors with an attractive and welcoming town centre space. - Create a Piazza feel to encourage dwell time in Conway Square and the surrounding environments. - Encourage and support active travel by providing residents and visitors with rest facilities. - Improve accessibility for users ensuring seating is DDA compliant.
