<p>Subject to receiving a suitable number of responses from suitably qualified economic operators, Southend-on-Sea City Council wish to implement a multi-provider framework agreement for the supply of Bedding Plants and Plugs (The Framework Agreement).</p> <p>The Framework Agreement is to offer the Council the opportunity to place Call-Off Contracts for the compliant procurement of the required goods and related services . This includes, but is not limited to, detail on scoring achieved, ability, financial standing, adherence to the relevant British Standard (or equivalent) and insurance.
