Vanhalen Engineering are inviting submission of tenders for supply of the following. Supply, installation and training to specification below: Cnc plasma cutting machine for cutting tubes,rhs,shs,pfc. Solid steel construction for higher speeds. High precise positioning possibility with linear sledge system on all axis. Synchronised drive. Brushless ac servo motors on all axis Pinion and gear rack drive system Automatic height control and automatic torch ignition system Torch collision protection. Windows based cnc control unit. Minimum cut length 7600mm Minimum cut thickness in Mild steel ,stainless steel and Aluminium = 20mm pierce. Tube diameter range= 40mm to 500mm Square capacity 40x40 to 200 x 200 minimum. PLASMA POWER SOURCE 105 AMP minimum. Edge connect controller. Full tube cutting software and training. Fume extraction to suit machine to be included in price.
