Tender description

This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the supply of Online Survey Services to support remote and online surveys primarily conducted by Trinity College Dublin. Please see RFT clause 1.4 for other institutions which may avail of the services. The established software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution will be initially expected to deliver online survey functionality for an annual GOS data collection project. This sample project will be used to define the technical requirements for evaluation purposes. With regard to ongoing requirements, Trinity estimates annual expenditure for survey services at €60,000. The cost evaluation will be based on 250 licences. The initial licence drawdown may be less and will vary from contract to contract. The overall potential value of the Framework, subject to HEAnet Client drawdown is specified in Clause 1.3.
