Tender description
A consultant is required to undertake an assessment to determine whether incorporating some or all of the States’ unincorporated trading businesses could deliver better outcomes and value – financial and other – for the businesses, their customers and the States. The assessment will therefore need to examine the strategic opportunities and benefits around the potential incorporation of each of the existing unincorporated businesses. It should result in specific proposals being made around what to incorporate, the associated benefits, the wider opportunities and the risks.
