Tender description
<p>Homes England is seeking to appoint a Independent Connection Provider (ICP) and Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) to provide, own and operate a new electrical network to provide power to the York Central Development.</p> <p>The contract is estimated to end in 2026/27 – TBC - subject to programme of build-out, completion of novated agreements for development connections and energisation.
