Gas Support Framework - North-East England

Tender description

Home Group wishes to appoint a maximum of three Contractor(s) on a ranked basis to undertake all aspects of gas, solid fuel and low/zero carbon technology works within void and occupied properties to support their DLO team within the North East of England. This will consist of the following works: • One-Off Boiler / Full Heating Installation works • Routine repairs of gas, solid fuel and ASHP installations • Annual Servicing & associated remedial works of gas, solid fuel and ASHP installations • Renewal of mains powered Fire and CO detectors, or installation of battery-operated detectors The Framework is to provide support to the Direct Labour Organisation of Home Group Ltd. The Framework will commence on 1 April 2023 for a period of 24-months with a further 2 x 12-month options to extend. Tenderers should note that the Contract is a framework contract and orders under it will be made by Home Group as and when required.
