Tender description

This contract relates to the continuance of NGN's boiler replacement program across the network and comprises five further sites. The proposal to source this contract directly with this supplier is based on standardization and the benefits gained from such an approach including maintenance, commonality of spares (supply and stockholding), servicing and associated training requirements. Having a consistent approach across the network gives efficiencies in all these areas. Lot 1: This is an additional requirement to the initial existing contract for a further boiler and complements NGN's programme of consistency across its network with regard the provision of boilers which enables reduced spares holding, standardised operating procedures and servicing methodology.
