Tender description

The initial requirement is to develop, operate, support, and provide ongoing enhancements of a chatbot for the Fetch website (www.fetchcourses.ie) for a period of 4 years. An existing pilot chatbot is currently live on the site and SOLAS will require the existing functionality to be maintained coupled with any additional requirements below. Once the existing chatbot is developed, the design and development of further chatbots are envisaged over the term of the contract for other websites managed by SOLAS.
