To provide 2 residential EMI short break beds for older people. The beds are pre-bookable and offer family and Carers a break from their caring role. The care home market has not yet stabilised following Covid, which have contributed a negative impact on staffing levels and bed availability. A wider tender for additional short break beds for older people will be reviewed and considered during the next 6 months.
