Tender description

This contract is awarded for the complete replacement of all RAAC roof planks of Lanthorn Community Education Centre. The works extend to: replacement of the RAAC roof planks with pre fabricated insulated roof panels, including built up felt finish; replacement of suspended ceilings; replacement of internal services such as lighting, smoke detection and ventilation ductwork; reinstatement of CCTV and speaker systems; replacement floor coverings; internal redecoration.
