Tender description

The works will comprise the removal of the existing gas fired boiler and fire; the removal of existing hearth and mantel; making good existing fire place area following removal of existing boiler and fire; supply and fitting temporary timber hearth; fitting new boilers, programmers, room stats, carbon monoxide alarms and spirotech combi dirt & air separator; adding Living room radiator and altering, extending and replacing pipework; including any additional plumbing, electrical, mason and joiner work required. Replacing existing radiators if required. Please note that the Contractor will be responsible for programming the works and informing the Tenants of the properties of dates for access. Qualitative tendering, assessment based 60% on lowest price and 40% highest quality.
