NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 November 2022 for the following reason: Extension of deadline(The 54 Merlin Street & 42 Wadham Road Structural Works project consists of structural repairs to brickwork, blockwork, masonry cracking repairs, render repairs, underpinning works, external crack repairs, concrete repairs, internal lateral restraint strapping, plastering and redecoration as required. Minor electrical and plumbing works may be required to enable any removal, reinstatements and the safe completion of the project works.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
