CSG2223/157. Design, Development & Deployment of a Web Portal & ongoing support for the AHS BVD Prog

Coleg Sir Gar (hereinafter referred to as CSG, or as the College) wish to appoint a technical partner to provide support and consultation with regards to the design, development and deployment of an appropriate web platform, which will enable the collection of data for BVD test samples taken on farms. Potential Partners reviewing this opportunity should pay particular attention to the requirements of the Specification and should point out at the time of tender any proposed deviation from, or inability to comply with, its requirements. The technical partner would be expected to demonstrate the following qualities: • The ability to provide a high standard of service. • Access to competent individuals who can complete the work within tight deadlines. • The ability to complete projects within budget and timeframe, and • Provide added value to the whole project. Coleg Sir Gar / RVC will require the solution to be fully functional by 28th February 2023, but would encourage suppliers to provide proposals that would allow go live before this date. A phased approach with the mobile app and results processing delivered early is desirable. The application and its associated infrastructure would be required for statutory use from 28th February 2023.
