Contract for the production of Suffolk County Transport Model runs to support West Suffolk Local Plan (WSLP)

Tender description

The purpose of the contract is to build on the findings of the Suffolk County Transport Model (SCTM) to consider the highway impacts of planned and potential housing and job growth across West Suffolk from 2019 to 2040. To contribute to a document that can be used as evidence in support of the emerging West Suffolk Local Plan by undertaking SCTM runs based on assumptions provided by West Suffolk Council, or their transport consultants PJA. To support the planning authority where necessary in terms of the provision of modelling evidence for use at local plan examination and before this so that the planned growth's distribution is found sound.
