City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to deliver a cloud hosted solution for a new Bradford Theatres’ Website. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of five (5) years with a possible two (2) twelve (12) month extensions. The Council is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified digital technology partner (the Provider) to rebuild the online services using the best current technology providing improved functionality, improved look, improved ease of use and conformity to the latest security standards. It is essential that the website remains fully integrated with Spektrix, the Service’s Ticketing & CRM System, as its online sales tool. Lot 1: City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to deliver a cloud hosted solution for a new Bradford Theatres’ Website. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of five (5) years with a possible two (2) twelve (12) month extensions. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period. The Council is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified digital technology partner (the Provider) to rebuild the online services using the best current technology providing improved functionality, improved look, improved ease of use and conformity to the latest security standards. It is essential that the website remains fully integrated with Spektrix, the Service’s Ticketing & CRM System, as its online sales tool. The Council requires a Hosted Solution. The function of the website is to sell tickets for events and experiences to the public in order to generate income and provide best possible online customer experience. The aim of the improved website is to increase the number of customers and members using the site, increase levels of ticket sales and provide an improved user experience.
