Tender for the provision of Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Assessments of the Herefordshire Local Plan

Tender description

This tender relates to the Council's requirements in relation to the preparation of an assessment and report into the sustainability appraisal of two documents currently being prepared by the Council for its Local Development Framework, namely the Local Plan Part 1 (strategic and place-based policies) and potentially a Local Plan Part 2 (development management policies- requirement to be confirmed). The assessment will not only inform the above document(s) through an iterative process but will also form part of the rationale for decisions made regarding future development and policy formulation in the county up to 2041.
