Tender description
There are several different aspects to the services required in this request for tender. These include: 1. The complete redesign and development www.carlow.ie 2. Quotation to provide a service to carry out daily updates to website if and when required. (including creating new pages and edits to existing pages) 3. The implementation of a Content Management System (CMS) to allow effective on-going management of the new site structure by Carlow staff 4. Maintenance, support and a programme of on-going CMS training and development 5. Hosting of the website
