The Football Foundation (the Authority), is conducting a soft market test (SMT) to establish interest in its "PlayZones Programme". The Government (through Sport England), the Premier League and The Football Association is providing grant funding, to invest in building new and refurbishing existing mini-pitches to increase participation in sport. This SMT is to establish interest from potential contractors who might be interested in delivering this programme of work.
